Basic House 2 3D model

The houses were built for master plan use. There are multiple colors but please note that there is only 1 house type / layout.

Lower poly. The poly count listed includes all of the houses, driveways, road and land mass altogether, it is the count of the entire scene.

Each house individually is 4,498 Polygons and 2,657 Vertices.

FBX: Materials and Textures may need to be edited.

OBJ: Materials and Textures may need to be edited.

3DS: Materials and Textures may need to be edited.

File includes all that you see in the picture samples.
