Basic House 1 3D model

The houses were built for master plan use (Far Away, not close ups). There are multiple colors but please note that there is only 1 house type / layout.

Lower poly. The poly count listed includes all of the houses, driveways, road and land mass altogether, it is the count of the entire scene.

Each house individually is 1,232 Polygons and 1,142 Vertices.
