Ashoka Villa 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 13 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Ashoka Villa is my room partner's request to build according to his requirement. It has a ground level and level one with a hall, kitchen and 2 bed rooms on ground level. Level one is bit different........you can see it, the 2 open balconies.
