hi, please read it before buying.this project takes some months to be completed.UV_unwrap includes textures(both original(((I took 142 pictures that 65 of them used)))and baked(65)for mosaic tile and plaster and all other ornamental things but not for some things like bricks that are so simple. so you can add it yourself.it's non_overlaped_uvwraped.I create it with blender and render it with Twinmotion. also provide a Twinmotion file.
