This is a medieval watch tower, and to be more precise, a medieval “beffroi”. These towers were commonly erected in France by free towns as a symbol of the city power. For this model I took inspiration from the watchtower of the city of Lucheux, in Picardie (North of France), that was built above an ancient medieval gate of the town, hence its very uncommon arch at the ground floor. This said, this model is not, in any way, an accurate reproduction of the original Lucheux watch tower. The interior is also modeled with a room for the stairs, two main rooms ond second and third floor. The model was originally sculpted, retopoed, UVed and painted in 3D-Coat. The model has 8 sets of 4K and 2 sets of 2k textures. These sets are composed of four textures with traditionnal PBR files : diffuse/roughness/metallic/normalmap. I converted them to .jpg for memory optimization, except the diffuse map which I kept in .png to retain the alpha channel for the windows. Blender users may prefer to use the native .blend file as it is packed with self contained textures and materials. Other users may prefer to use the glTF file for the same reason. As for .fbx and .obj files, I suggest you put the mesh files inside the textures folders, it will greatly use a painless upload of textures in your app. The mesh has 22972 vertices and a 13382 mix of quad/tris. When fully trinagulated (for instance in glTF file), it has 25878 triangles.
