English medieval gothic cathedral is high quality model that will enhance any of your projects. This cathedral is a low poly real time model with PBR textures packed in different channels. The model is totally unwrapped and textured. It consists of 7 texture sets, which were baked from high poly model.

To use TGA textures in your game engine, you should use Red channel from packed texture for Metallic, Green channel for Roughness (inverted Glossiness), Blue channel for AO.
