Hi everybody,

These are the specs: 144.539 points and 235.812 polys (3 and 4 vertex) (most of the polygons are in the figures above)8K textures (8192x8192px) with color, roughness, normal and displacement maps (displacement only for the stairs). Four 3D formats: Dae, LWO, FBX and OBJ (Lightwave 3D native with Octane materials ready). The LWO and OBJ formats have vertex normal smoothing. One UV.

Really great model, Low poly but still great detail. Imported it into Maya, but after texturing, doesn't look as sharp as in the pics, but that's probably an issue with Arnold. Have to figure out how to tweak the material more to look like the pic.
