no UV Mapping, no materials, no interior, at 2.5 million polygons definetly not low poly, no practical use in videogames, so sorry if you expent a lot of time making this but at a price of 300$ its way too overpriced for no reason

This is the best version of Emile Jacqmain High School 3d building that you can find on the market.
As you can see in the renderings and video preview, all specific ornaments and shapes are 3d modeled. I used texture maps only for the bricks and roof tiles. That polygons number is to mentain the best accuracy of the details from the building .
