The Da Yan Pagoda is located in the Da Ci En Temple in Jinchangfang, Chang'an City, Tang Dynasty (now south of Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province), also known as the Ci En Temple Pagoda. In the third year of the Yonghui reign of the Tang Dynasty (652 AD), Xuanzang presided over the construction of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda to preserve the Buddhist scriptures brought back to Chang'an by the Silk Road. The pagoda had five floors initially, and was later added to nine floors. The number and height of floors were then changed several times, and finally it was fixed to the seven story pagoda as seen, with a total height of 64.517 meters and a bottom edge length of 25.5 meters. The Dayan Pagoda, as the earliest and largest existing brick pagoda of the Tang Dynasty with four square pavilions, is a typical physical evidence of the ancient Indian Buddhist temple's architectural form that was introduced to the Central Plains with Buddhism and integrated into Chinese culture. It is a landmark building that embodies the wisdom of the ancient working people in China。 Model making software: 3ds Max 2014 Rendering software: vray3.60.03 for 3dmax2014
