This file is a hot mess. There's a ton of different objects in there, all named plane, cube or bezier curve. Together these objects have ~100 materials assigned to them and all of the materials are named 'wood'. Good luck figuring out what goes there. There's only 15 textures (not PBR), and you won't find a blue, pink or yellow ones like shown in the preview. The file is unusable, unless you have 3 days to investigate and figure out what goes there. Save your money and time by not buying this.
