I would have liked to choose something in between positive and negative. Unfortunately the model was quite messy and hard to navigate, was not clearly divided into layers and the materials assigned were only placeholders for Lumion rendering, but as I needed the model to make proper calculations in dialux both exporting the model and reassigning the materials costed me and my team a lot of time. However, it is reasonable given the price and even though it was not clear what we were getting from the images, upon contacting the seller beforehand he warned me about the model being simpler than represented, even though we didn't know the extent. He also tried to help best he could so that is to be noted, but we really can't leave a positive review because we had to move, fix and rebuild a lot. I think it would've been fine just for rendering.
