Romantic Shop Front Low-poly 3D model

This model has real world scale (approximately 687 cm in length, 156 cm in depth and 311 cm in height). It consists of two seperate, but grouped and parented meshes: Romantic Shop Front and Door. Exception: in the .ply-file they are both joined together.

All used textures and maps are included. One texture/diffuse map, one metallic map, one glossy map (invert for roughness), one transmission map and one normal map. The colours can easily be changed and adjusted with an image editing program. Each map meassures 4096 x 4096 px. UVs are unwrapped. Everything is named properly.
