• I am including the Unreal GamePack for 4.26.2 Uasset Folder as an extra/bonus, Sold/Included as is. Includes very basic master material and material instances to change color, desaturate color or change stuff like roughness, scene with props included, day and another. Mostly automatic LODs, lightmaps and collisions. Some stuff tweaked a little bit.

Any 3D model you see in the picture is exactly the same, no changes, so you can recreate these renders as you need or better. Renders are only or will be included if I state such thing in the description of the 3D model as for its contents. Often or whenever I can. I post a screenshot of the 3D model in Blender, so you see what the 3D model looks like out of the box. I want to be honest and sincere with you [client]. So just a heads up.
