Maps not included in OBJ's materials; difficult to re-link all maps manually (too many individual materials-- 16 in total, so it's a guessing game). FBX version is an ASCII FBX, and not openable in Blender.

Thank you for your purchase, the model was originally created in Revit and exported into 3ds max which is why there may be a lot of additional meshes.
