Quick Modern City 1c 3D model

Quick cities made in blender. Great for prototyping cities fast by following simple steps. Only procedural textures are used in this version, with automatic application of textures quickly on all buildings. HDRI is used for the world lighting, although I am giving procedural world set set as well for both day and night. City builder and usage instructions are provided as text in any collection with 5+ such cities which you choose to buy. Note that these kinds of cities are quickly made, but are relatively very high poly. These render moderately fast, but you can render them faster by baking textures.
