Awful! The modeling is quite bad, to the point that I think it's probably the work of AI. There's zero sense in the object combinations! For example, an object just passed through the entrance door! But the worst thing is that these models are literally impossible to texture properly without doing a lot of modeling yourself! For example, I bought them for my UE5 game, but the engine can't detect the UVs from Blender properly because of the very awful modeling on the objects!
