You sure get a lot of buildings and texture resources here for the price. I can't really complain, even if some of the buildings are somewhat imperfect. Objects are grouped in a smart manner making it easy to export something or everything into the software of your choice. If you need props for an advertisement, video, city scene, or something else similar, you will be in good shape here as there is a lot to choose from here. A few of the buildings were not 100% perfectly plumb-level-square, and some doors were a bit larger than others. This isn't an issue for those handy in a modeling program, and most of the models are solid and usable as-is. Over-all? You can't beat it for the price, especially if you got it on sale. Even for full price, you still get A LOT of bang for your buck. Just keep in mind for real-time 3D use, you'll want to either use Vulkan or DX12 multi-threaded rendering pipelines for your game render engine, or sit tight for a while doing lots of UV sewing (they have scripts for this out there, that make short work of that). Again, using this in DX12 or Vulkan with multi-threaded draw call pipelines you should be OK, but if you use this on DX11 and below, you'll have rather high CPU use on one core as the rendering engine processes a lot of draw calls as many of the UV faces aren't sewn together (which reduces draw calls when sewn). Of course, if that was already done, you'd be paying a lot more for this. The textures are a good balance between space-saving moderate-resolution textures and high detailed stuff. Don't get me wrong, as it's not next-gen level of detail, but it's sufficient for it's purpose and won't chew VRAM more than required, which is a BIG plus. Any experienced modeler will be able to solve either texture 'issues' (personal or project preference, or perhaps using preferred language of choice on store-fronts etc) and most of the folks who do model by now usually have a UV assist script pack that will make short work of sewing UV's. To the author, thank-you very kindly for making such a detailed and populated city scene, as I have no complaints for the price. This model set keeps my city from becoming bland looking and same-y all over by adding fresh ideas and different architecture. Everything in this model is SAFE FOR WORK, for those looking at this from a commercial aspect. Using this in a render (animated or not) will work out quite nicely, even if it's tiled many times as the way this is put together it's easy to piecemeal and tile things however you want to prevent excessive repetition. This is a big plus and time saver. Keep up the good AFFORDABLE work, as if I can't afford it, it's no good for my game-mod project anyway. So all in all I am a happy customer, not upset int he least :)
