Modern Building Low-poly 3D model

A building in a modern style. It's made from modular custom blocks so they can be reused to made a custom different model in a similar style. The blocks snap into a grid smoothly and are game ready. Normals are correct. The full scene has 10292 verts and 9649 faces. Each block is very low in verts and faces though.

It was made natively in Blender and rendered with eevee. Cycles offers even better results. The only texture that was used was the background sky. It is included in the files.
