I can't seem to load the OBJ files in Blender 3.2. I was really hoping this was usable. Any help? I trierd DMing directly.

Native format is 3ds Max 2014. No 3rd party software is required but V-Ray texture setup (VRay 3.60.03) provided in the MAX file! OBJ and FBX are also included for MAYA, Cinema 4D, Blender etc.INCLUDES .MTL / OBJ
METAL, GLASS and WALLS have been UV seperated and grouped correctly for quick re-texturing with sample textures provided.

Really Nice Design but my problem with this and most stuff you get, people dont take time to properly model them it is full of ngons. be nice to get an awesome model selection like this that I dont have to spend hours quadding to get rid of the Ngons. Other than that I really Love the thought put into the design and looks
