As a city model, yes it is good, is it to be used in a game engine ? no ! all objects are combined ! which you need to separate them and combine them piece by piece again ! image that the trees combined as one object as well ! thousands and thousands of objects should be worked on, it has been more than a month of work just to separate and combine the objects to be used in a game engine ! is the seller responsive ? i'd say yes but only when you want to buy ! any other help you need or any question he does not reply ! not recommended at all !
