Yes ! You can see it in action in a game I created entitlled "Young Operator" ! https://gamejolt.com/games/yoperator/362111?feed_last_id=1534631631.738 I used it as environment so I lowered the texture's quality in that case but you can keep 4K textures.

Don't buy this model it is a scam!

Hello, if you look closely you're the only one saying this, this city is generated with a dedicated city software which is reality correct. You are buying a model which isn't in the right scope of your project, this model is designed for middle to far view and textures are optimized for far view (and not ripped off internet btw). If you're the only negative rating there's a reason.

You said yourself " This model is perfect for CG videos or movies, background, games, anything you like ! If you want to use it in UE4 make sure to use the baked FBX format (no trees in baked format !)." You never said anything about it being for a far to mid view and even said good for GAMES, can you name me one game which uses a full city model with +800 materials for a far to mid view, no game because it takes a lot of processing power to load all of these materials, which means it's not for" ANYTHING I like" as you say it, so don't false advertise with false descriptions!
