This is a 3D model of a skatepark in Rialto California called Fergusson. This is a not a 1:1 recreation but close enough. The park and trees are what you get in the zip in FBX files or an OBJ file. The extra stuff (sun, neon lights etc) you see in screenshots are made in Unreal Engine 4 but are not included. You can do whatever you want with it. Not all textures are in here because some are just solid colors.
