NOTES:

All textures except the Unreal ones are 16 bits maps. If you need to downgrade any of the maps to 8bits, you can do it in any image editor (Photoshop, GIMP, Kitra...) easily.If you need a Glossiness map, flip the Roughness map in engine or invert (Control + I) the image in any image editor (Photoshop, GIMP, Kitra...) or use the Alpha Channel from the Unity texture.Normal map is set with an OpenGL Y orientation. If you need DirectX Y orientation, flip the green channel (from the RGB channels) in engine or invert the green channel (Control + I) in any image editor (Photoshop, GIMP, Kitra...).
