Alexandria is a port city in Egypt on the Mediterranean coast. In the Hellenistic era, Alexandria was famous for the fact that its lighthouse was included in the list of the seven wonders of the Ancient World. It was also famous for its library, which is now a modern disk-shaped building. This is a new library called Alexandrina. In addition to it, tourists are attracted by the monuments of the Greco-Roman period of the history of Egypt, old cafes, sandy beaches, as well as the Kite Bay fortress built in the 15th century.
