City Street Part 1 - European Architecture 3D model
Description
A little European scene, with a small bar, tailor, and a more traditional bike shop can be split by block for use. This scene is a very poly heavy scene as it did not need to be baked down. I recommend using proxies in the event you add too much to it or add it to an additional scene that is heavy on resources.

Its neither good, nor bad. It is very unorganized and unnecessarily heavy. 60MB for a 4k roughness map or every single Poster as a single Texture makes this scene very unprofessional and hard to work with. Be aware, this needs a lot to clean up, before it is production ready. Also it only works from one side as half of the building is missing.

I wish I could leave a "ok" rating.
In the long run, its a very lovely scene.
However, it's really disorganized, has some glitchy problems. While you can get some nice stuff out of it in the long run, I'd expect a bit a much more usable file for something that you actually spend money on.
