This is a high quality photo real city building made in the style of a New York apartment using PBR textures and an ecess of interior detail. The interior is only on the first story inside the restraunt and store.
High quality assets have been made and used especialy on the 1st story interior. Due to the large amount of 500 polygon items in the hardware store, the polygon count is extreamly enlarged. If you want to use the model in the background or in a video game, in the .blend file there is a collection containing the extra detail which contains the majority of the polygon count (80%). Once you have optimised the interior details you can re-export it to your program . Without the small extra details with model has 186,226 Verts. Even with the high poly count I was able to move around the scene in real time while in cycles (raytraced) at ~20 fps with a good image using my higher end rig.
I would recomend using the glb/gltf or .blend file as it contains the PBR meterials inbuilt without having to enter the textures in manualy.
I have worked on this product for around ~2 weeks and I hope you enjoy this product in your next render. All the money gained will go to my software adiction and funding my improving cgi skills (:
