FBX have 1,057,562 faces and 682 objects.
OBJ have 1,020,706 faces, and 506 objects.
Substance painter crashes when trying to import fbx. On export subdivision modifier has been clearly applied. So that the mesh is insanely dense. Objects have sides inside other objects, without any need. Materials are poorly named, some doubled. And although, it says that there are no work done on UV-s it's really difficult to even unwrap them, because there's so much extra unnecessary geometry, more than half a mil not needed polygons, that it's just a nightmare to work with. 10usd or 7, no matter, it's quicker and easier to model and texture the camera yourself. Waste of time and money, for my professional use case. Sell easy to work with models, not crap that consumes time to fix, if you want positive reviews.
