Description: Old Dial phone used in the 30's

Model: Modeled in Maya 2018 and Zbrush 2019.

How to use OcclusionRoughnessMetallic texture file: Simply Connect: Red Channel to Occlusion, Green Channel to Roughness and Blue Channel to Metallic When Imported inside Unreal, remember to remove the sRGB tick, because Roughness, Metallic and Ambient Occlusion are linear maps and should be threated as such.

Transparency: Glass transparency is contained inside BaseColor Alpha Channel

Why ORM: Packed files reduces memory space used.
