iphone charger Low-poly 3D model

So, I opened the file I got when I bought it and the cord was missing. I'm new to using 3d modeling software's so I'm not sure if I needed any of the other files I got. I just wanted to lower the tringle limit. It gave me 3 things to download. 3DS, obj, and max. When I downloaded 3DS and max files, they appeared as a white corrupted icon on my desktop. For the obj, it was a recognizable file. As I said before, the cord for the iPhone charger was missing and that's why I wanted to check the other files. I don't understand this. I'd really like to use this model in a game but the tringle limit has to be under 10,000 tringles. I'm pretty sure I can limit them myself but I just wanna know how to get the cord. Also, it's like all grey. In the imagines, it showed white and blue on the part you plug into the phone. I looked at the 3D model details but I don't know much about that but the pictures advertised don't really match up from what I can tell. I could 100 percent be doing something wrong but as of now I'm lost.
