Very nice model topography and detail but disappointed that this asset is completely useless in Blender, as there are no materials applied, not even vertex groups so I could just create my own materials and assign different materials to them. Probably not the authors fault but the bad conversion.

The model is good but the conversion is rather bad and makes it completely unusable in Blender as the materials are not applied and since the mesh is not divided into vertex groups makes it very difficult to create my own materials and assign to mesh. Probably not the authors fault but of some automatic conversion process, but I think this model shouldn't be advertised as having as .blend file as it's useless.
