The FBX version of the fan's motor head is turning correctly from Left to right and vice versa, but the 3 blades fan flies off in circle. I had to detach the fans blades and recreate the blades's spinning motion in iClone to make them spin and follow the turning head correctly.
Please fix this issue so your next customers who might not have the expertise to correct this problem won't be so unhappy.
