It's a common texture. If you're not using Blender, just grab the texture and put it on the material.
As for moving the blades, you can do it using the bones.

The bones don't seem to pivot around the main body, though, or at least you can't pivot each part individually

can you tell me what format you use?
i dont know why, but now i notice the fbx version have a problem with the bone who controls the bridge betwen the disk and the blades.
obj dont sdhow the bones, and the blend and dae looks fine

the model is nice but where are the textures for it? it just comes with a screenshot from the anime and nothing else.
-edit- they got bk to me and showed how it worked :)
