The seller lists products for sale and state that they come in numerous formats while also including full textures and materials for them but in actuality do not provide the full textures and materials for all formats included nor do they provide them separately. I have made numerous attempts to contact the seller to get the textures and materials at the very least and they have refused to give them and told me to buy Keyshot software if I want to use them even though the listing states that the full textures and materials are available and included and mentions it being available for other formats other than Keyshot. This is a complete lie. I do no recommend this seller at all.
