Description

This is a model of Ideal Cat6 feed-thru RJ45 8P8C male plug, with an section of internal Cat6 cable, including the outer sleeve jacket, internal cross member, and internal 24AWG wiring. You can then add a custom cable to match the diameter of the cable section to create realistic renderings of a network installation. This is a highly detailed model of the connector, the dimensions were measured from the real product. Modelled in SolidWorks and rendered in KeyShot.

Open-end connectors where conductor order can be verified prior to crimping. Can be pushed or pulled into the connector to ensure that the twisted pairs are as close to the pin contacts as possible and that the jacket is seated beyond the primary strain relief for a secure connection. Enables conductors to be cut flush with the end face of the connector when used with the FT-45 tool.
