Nice model, the blender textures are not going to load immediately, you need to tinker with it a bit, change the names from just the letter to the actual word like from "n" to normal so Blender can recognize it when loading it through the node wrangler, I also had to go to the unity textures and use those for the blender model and after changing the names it worked fine, the model is also triangulated which is a plus if you want to use it for a game.
