Ok. Was thinking just changing the blue to black is all. When I saw this and read it was low poly for VR, I was thinking if it could be worn as accessory.

If I open it in MAYA, do I get all the pieces divided?

Yes, you should get separated pieces between main body, case, headphones and wires when you import it.
