Unfortunately, these are not ready to use in 3ds max 2024. The FBX import has missing items (wheels replaced with dummies). The 3DS had meshes that were oddly separated into random "strips" that would need to be attached back together. The STL came in as one single object. The OBJ gave an error (invalid texture index) and wouldn't import. The DXF also errored (eBadColorIndex). To get things to work, I had to import the OBJ into Blender and export a new FBX to import into 3ds max. From there I repaired one bad object (a hoist chain with missing polys), rescaled the scene (.0254 to get proper imperial dimensions), converted Physical materials to vray (and set proper diffuse/refl, and pathed brand logo and grill opacity maps to textures from the original FBX import folder), added smooth modifier to everything, then resetXform, collapse, and reset pivots to bottom center. Working now (and meshes are decent), but took WAY more effort than I anticipated.
