DESCRIPTION

This is a 3D file containing various components. It is the Lovi Sound Spherical Omnidirectional Speaker. It works with a 3.5 inch fullrange Speaker Driver such as Dyton Audio PS95-8.It use a simmilar if not the same technology as a bass radiator. The structure should be fully seald since the overal functionality depends on air volume displacement. So you should use good sealing adhesives to put the structure togather. A perfect assembly will produce amazing and full sound through the 5 sound radiating panels / diaghpram to all sides. Assemble with 3M screws and bolts to attach the driver as well as connecting the speaker housing to the general chasis.begin by attatching the rubber sarrounds then the voice cone / diaghpram panels. Then the rest just needs to be screwed in plase. Please **NOTE **that the parts labled Rubber should be printed using TPU or any other rubber material. They serve as gaskets and flexible sarround. Also **NOTE **that the rubber sarround files are two, one is 0.5mm thick hte other is 1mm thich. Choose the one which has the most flex. I recommend you use SLA 3D Printer to get better prints. There are some duplicate files which dont have nut insets or screw holes, this is so that you can drill your own mounting holes. All sarrounds and the voice cone/diaphgram join by guiding grooves for ease of gluing. The chasis has guising grooves alo to aid when gluing. Please try to be as accurate as human possible. This is a very sensitive build. This entire model has tollerances of about 0.5mm.The total build plate size is about 200mm or 20cm.The bottom and top outer shell plate attach or join by clips. both to each other (the top and bottom) as well as the bottom attaching or joining to the chasis.Begin with joining the bottom outer shell to assembled chasis then clip the top. It's pretty much self explanatory...I kindly advice to print with decent amount of support and infil. You need all parts to be as accurate as they can be printed. Also feel free to slice with ass much infill for stronger structure. Please look at hte blender file or the fbx file for mounting positions and or visualization. Have fun printign and GOD bless you all.
