The assets like shirt, shoes, you name it, are not that quality in terms of geo and uy layout.
Don't get me wrong, the model is totally worth the money, but you have to invest some time.
Nothing out of the box. Here is what i had to do :
Delete the Rig. Not working at all, no controls, very bad skinning:
Seperate the Mesh. There is little you can can if the model is a solid peace.
Unfortunaltly the Geo / UV were so messed up, i had to export every single piece as obj than reimport again. A simple frezze transfom or mesh combine in MAYA deleted the UV'S for reasons i could not find out. So new UV layout with Rizmo (most recommended for UV layout.)
Building new Textures since UV was UDIM with differnet mats assigned to faces -Substance. does not like that. Only with color ID map..
Creating new Armold Shader. Puting everything together again to get a rigable mesh.
Took me around two days. Better than 4 days if i had to start from scratch anytime.
My very personal opinion :
I think this was done in Blender. IMHO Blender is not a real good 3D package. Its doing the job and is fine if you just want to toy around a little. In that case - stick with the package, but if you want to play with the big guys who use MAYA or similar, you will make no friends with the crap Blender spits out in exports.
