Update: You need to edit the OBJ yourself and remove anything you don't want in Meshmixer. So okay it works now.
Original Post: Two versions of the model are offered and described, but only one version shows up in the Download. The seller has not responded to my inquiry about the other version download. I look for multiple versions of models and print them all because I enjoy the variations in a theme, I would still like to complete this pair. It looks like a nice model that should print well.
