Thanks. I was now able to start the project. It was due to the Windows 11 Pro unpacking program. This will display an error. It works with the free tool 7-Zip.

Please provide instructions on how to open the UnrealEngine project. I loaded 3 files, only part 3 could be unpacked. When I open this with UE 5.3, only folders are empty.
