She is ready and you don't have to retarget nothing in Unreal engine if using the Epic Skeleton. That's nice right! I have dozens of characters on UE for films as we speak. The rig is amazing and I show you how to do everything. She is already set up for UE5-5.2, but with 4 clicks she would be ready for UE 4.27 if you prefer that one.
