Braid and Mid long hair.Shader used is in the .Blend.Fbx desn't contain the Shader since it's not a principled BSDF, for Blender user just Append Shader from the .Blend ( HairParameter) then plug everything like in shader screenshot.Rar file contain Texture.Texture are Base color, Alpha, Ambient, Specular, Translucency Map.For Game use you can decimate Hair geometry till 9k poly and Braid Poly till 20k poly without losing much quality, below that number it's getting a bit wonky.
