Nice poses and well optimised models, and skin etc. is very natural-looking. The only real issue is the hair, which is a typical problem for 3d scanned models and why often the models have the scan done with a hairnet, and hair shaders added after. In this case there is plenty of hair in the model itself, which would be OK apart from the issue it looks like a great big solid plastic Lego hairdo.
I've tried to improve the look of the hair a bit by generating a normal map for the hair sections based on the base colour image (using Knald), and it looks better but still well short of realistic. It would be good if the models themselves included such hair normals to avoid Lego hair look.
