Objects are separated into the following main groups
Main Body: body (shapekeys included, with mask modifiers to ensure body parts don't stick out of clothing), eyebrows (shapekeys included), hairbase, hairback, eye_L (shapekeys included) and eye_R (shapekeys included)
Casual wear (mask_outfit and mask_gloves should be enabled on the body object for best results): body_outfit, belt, gloves, jacket, necklace, shoes.
Gundam suit (mask_gundamsuit should be enabled on the body object for best results): body_gundamsuit, bow, padsandbands.
All objects have subdivision modifier on them with division level set to 1. The polycount outlined under technical details is also based on subdivision level 1. You can freely set the division level to what looks best to you.

Model is posed using controls in biped_blenrig (make sure to select the right layer) and facial expressions are affected by shape keys on objects.
Each object is uv mapped to a texture (in png format) included in the file.
