The developer uploaded a file that I accidentally bought and downloaded in wrong format, people do make mistakes but what is wrong with this person, we asked if he could fix the problem or give us a refund, he would not or could not fix the problem so we asked for our money back, “it was just five dollars” but the hassle in getting a refund is not worth time or effort. cgtrader asking for information beyond reason, it’s not worth my time. I will most likely go to my other providers sites to get the files I need.
