Hello, can I open it in zbrush and export it in .Obj for 3D printing? I'm trying to do it but it only recognizes the chest

Ah, this model hasn't been made for 3d printing. You would most likely need to make some changes yourself if you wish to do that. For example, the hexagonal mesh head is just an alpha texture, not geometry. Hope that clears things up.
