Alien Parasite

|Model|Character created in 3ds Max 2020. Single mesh sculpted and retopologized into Editable Poly Object with TurboSmooth Modifier. Low frecuency detail applied with Displacement Modifier for easy use in any render engine. High frecuency details applyed with the appropiate render engine modifiers. Mostly done with Quad Polygons.

|Texture|Body is Unwrapped in a single UV set. Textures are 4k PNGs. Includes: Diffuse Map, Roughness Map, Glossiness Map, Normal Map and Displacement Maps.

|Render|Four render engine options are supplied. V-Ray, Arnold, Redshift and ART Render. All 3ds Max files have lights and render setup settings.

|Rig|Rigged with 3ds Max standard bones and skinned with Skin Modifier. The rig controls all the parts of body with simple FK (Position and Rotation).

|Formats|4 3ds Max 2020 files for V-Ray 5 Update 2, Arnold Render 3.2.661, Redshift 3d 2.6.41 and ART Render 2020. FBX file with skinned mesh. OBJ file of static model.

[EDIT] Model is fixed now and working beautifully! Hi, I purchased this model which is amazing but the rig has negative scale values (-1, -1, -1) making it un-usable in my game. Is it possible to fix the rig?

Hello, that's strange. I will check and will have an answer later today. Are you importing fbx directly to your engine? Or are you doing your own export from 3ds max?

I used the FBX from the fbx zip. I am importing directly into Unity. I don't have 3DS max unfortunately nor know how to use it. When trying to procedurally animate the models 'limbs' (for lack of a better term - lol) it causes some havoc.
