For Blender Unpacked Textures files. Once the textures zip file is uncompressed, Open the Blend file and go to File > External data > find missing files > and select the texture folder. Blender will reload automatically all textures.

Hi, i am sorry i am not familiar with element 3d, but if it support Obj models and PBR textures, you should be able to work with it. You may need to reconnect textures.
