This model was constructed for rig.

Archive contains files: .ma, .fbx, obj, color textures. Model file contains teeth, tongue and dress geometry also.

For the material of the eye is used arnoldStandart shader/ Only Maya format with arnold render contains all the shaders and setup used for rendering.
